We collect information you provide directly to us when you use Sangra.ai and the apps built on the Sangra platform. This includes account registration information such as name and email address, content you submit to AI features, usage data including AI queries and responses, and payment information processed through Stripe (we do not store full card details). We also collect technical information automatically when you use our services, including IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and timestamps of activity.

We use collected information to provide, maintain, and improve the Sangra platform and its apps; process transactions and send related information; send technical notices and support messages; respond to your comments and questions; and monitor and analyze usage patterns. AI queries submitted to our platform are processed through third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) to generate responses. We log AI interactions including the query, response, model used, and token counts for billing and quality purposes.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with: Service providers who assist in our operations, including Railway (hosting), Supabase (database), OpenAI (AI processing), Anthropic (AI processing), and Stripe (payments). Each provider's use of your data is governed by their own privacy policy. App developers on the Sangra platform may access data submitted within their specific app. Developer access is limited to their app's data and governed by our developer agreements. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of SHIRO Technologies, our users, or others.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Our database uses row-level security (RLS) through Supabase to ensure data isolation between apps and users. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Despite these measures, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. AI interaction logs are retained for billing and analytics purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at info@shiroapps.com.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data; object to or restrict processing; data portability; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate our platform. Sangra.ai is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly.
